Salim and Lyudmyla

I am a Property Manager currently living in Sydney on a sponsorship visa, and I am looking forward to obtaining my permanent residency in October this year.

I have been living in Australia for several years and have built a strong connection with the city lifestyle. At the same time, I am a very adventurous person. I enjoy getting out of the city on weekends, exploring nature, and spending time sailing on my boat.

I am very easygoing and relaxed, while also taking great pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and well cared for home. I truly value a peaceful and comfortable living environment.

I am currently in a relationship with my partner Lyudmyla. She is 28 years old, a yoga teacher, and works in a luxury retail store. She is very easygoing and enjoys maintaining a calm and harmonious atmosphere at home.

We are looking for a place to live together long term. Ideally, we are seeking an unfurnished property with water views, as we have our own furniture and prefer to create our own space.

We also require a parking space, as I have a large vehicle, a motorbike, and two bicycles, and additional storage would be highly appreciated.
