Hi future housemates!

We are looking for a sharehouse for a few months in early 2026 (until approx May). We are fairly flexible with what we are looking for, but are particular about:
- Must have airconditioning in the room
- No cats
- No smoking

We are both fulltime professionals (programmer and doctor), non-smokers, non-vapers and have no pets. We tend to spend our weekends out of the house as we enjoy hiking and camping, gym, social sports and relaxing outdoors. When we are home we enjoy reading, cooking or watching TV together.

We are currently living in separate sharehouses and will need some notice before we move to find suitable people to take over our existing leases.
