Hi, I’m James!

I’m a civil engineer working full-time in Melbourne and looking for a calm, peaceful home that’s social from time to time. Ideally, I’d like to move in soon and stay for a year or longer.

I enjoy hiking, bike riding, meditation and cooking, always happy to share a meal or a drink with housemates. Into my health and not interested in big party house (though not against a occasional dinner party - suppose it depends on the space). I value good communication and a relaxed vibe at home. I’m easygoing, appreciate personal space, and love a friendly chat when there's space.

My last share house in Hobart (4.5 years) I created a very good relationship with the landlords who became my friends, and feel that share houses can be places to forge great friendships.

Budget: $200-350/week (flexible). Preferred areas: inner-north or inner-east, but open to suggestions.
