Looking for a place to call home for myself and my best buddy, Ash 🐈‍⬛ Ideally needing somewhere by 3 July or within a few weeks after that.

My budget is around $350 per week, preferably including utilities. I’m after a master room/ensuite or granny flat and would love a home with either a second room, study space or enough room to set up a dedicated workspace, as I’m currently building a small beauty business (lash lifts and brow laminations/tints) and would love a place to start while I grow before renting a space in a salon a few days a week. Obviously happy to talk about extra rent for that or do free services to help cover part of it ☺️I am fully insured and trained!
I also currently work part time at Coles as it allows me flexibility to work on my own business.
If there is an option for off street parking that would be fantastic!

A bit about Ash and I 💕✨:
I really value living with people around my age who are kind, trustworthy, respectful, clean and animal lovers. I’m an empath so tend to get along with others who are the same. I’d love to become friends with my housemates where we can have a movie night, share a meal, visit the markets or beach occasionally, while also respecting each other’s personal space. My goal is to find a harmonious long term household that genuinely feels like a home 😊 I enjoy gym, walks, trying new food spots, markets, shopping, beauty, travel, Netflix, games nights, dancing and basketball. I’m a Virgo too for those who are into that haha. Happy to live with males as well as long as I’m comfortable and it’s respectful.

Ash is approximately 12 this year and is a rescue. He is my world and has helped me through a lot. He is an indoor cat, desexed, vaccinated, house trained and incredibly well behaved and friendly. He is very affectionate and loves attention ❤️ He has never been an issue in a rental, but he does prefer to be the only pet as he doesn’t get on with other cats. My current housemates love him 🥰
