Hey everyone! I’m Mitch, 27, and I’m currently working full-time in hotel maintenance while studying mechanical engineering at Griffith.

I’m pretty easygoing, clean and respectful, and I’m looking for a place that feels comfortable and homely rather than just somewhere to crash. I’m reliable with rent and bills and I’m more than happy to do my share around the house.

I’m social and enjoy having a chat, cooking, watching movies/TV and hanging out with housemates, but I’m also independent and understand the importance of having your own space.

My work and uni keep me fairly busy during the week, so I’m not someone who’s going to be throwing parties every night. On my days off I’m usually pretty relaxed and enjoy getting out, gaming, cooking or catching up with people.

I’m ideally looking for a house with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and housemates who are respectful of each other. I’m hoping to find somewhere I can settle into for a while and genuinely enjoy living.
