My job: I am a music teacher/choir conductor. I have a few instruments to bring with me into the house - a piano, a couple of guitars, a mandolin... The piano is the one that takes up a bit of room.

I am looking for a place where I can teach my private students. Preferably with a nice teaching space - a carpeted front room or large living room for example. I would teach during business hours, never doing any lessons later than 6pm. Then I'm out Monday to Thursday nights for choir rehearsals.

So - it would be great to live with someone who has a 9-5 kind of job - that way I could use the house during the day, and they could have the house to themselves at night!

I am open to the idea of teaming up with someone and renting an empty place - so let me know if that's your jam too.

I am tidy and clean. I like housemates who are friendly and like a chat - but also who won't be offended if I am out a lot for choir stuff or retreat to my room to chill out.

I don't have any pets, but I do like them.

My other hobby: playing Magic The Gathering (card game).
