Hi all!

I'm Sam, 37, made the move to Brisbane in April this year. I love travelling, musical theatre, and a few quiet drinkies every now and then.

As far as I'm aware I'm a fabulous housemate - clean, quiet, easy going. Happy to keep to myself but enjoy a chit chat and some Netflix if it's on the table!

Non-smoker, no pets, no car so I don't need a car space but will need to be reasonably close to public transport (preferably ferry or train) so I can get to work (full time) in Bowen Hills. I'm a big walker so the term "close" is quite loose depending on the variables.

I also have no furniture so a furnished room would be highly preferred, but not essential if the price is right.
My non negotiable is I need my own bathroom. I run a tight schedule and need to shower etc according to plan.

Need a happy, safe, comfy home so would love to be able to vibe with housemate/s, we don't need to be besties, but getting along is important!
I've put 6 month preference in my listing but if we get along well I'm happy to stay longer coz let's face it, shiz is expensive.
