Heyy I’m LJ and I’m in search of a new lil room/place to settle down for a while.
Not too picky as for what I’m after but mainly great people, good location, bills included and rent around $300 pw at most.
I work full time in the CBD and may start working from home partially so looking for a big enough space for a desk area to work.

As for a bit more about me, I’m a bit of a movie buff, a big reader and cook, lover of all things music and play some bass/guitar myself (w headphones when needed ofc)
