Looking to live in this space for about 3-4months with a $300 approx. budget as I am on the search for a property to buy. I have financial records and proof of employment, available to move around March 18th.
I’m single, have no children or pets, don't smoke or want a party house and live a healthy and active lifestyle. I’m a pretty easy going roomie/ tenant and like to have a clean and tidy home that is fun, peaceful and positive.
