I am looking for a calm, respectful space to call home for me and my dog, Arlow

I work part time at a bouldering gym, part time from home doing my own creative business. I enjoy my own space most of the time but love to share a chat or occasional meal with my housemates. I enjoy cooking, cleaning and gardening and take pride in my home.

Arlow is a 4 year old Collie x Beagle rescue, who actually rescued me during some rough times. We are joined at the hip and heart. He is an indoor dog who gets walked often and enjoys lounging around. He is the sweetest, calmest natured dog you will ever meet, great with kids and other pets, and is much like a lazy house cat when he is at home. He is well trained, won’t beg for food or step foot in a kitchen, and he refuses to poop within 10m of the house. He accompanies me everywhere, even to my work at the climbing gym. He doesn't need much of a yard, he's definitely not a digger or escape artist, but he will let you know if someone is at the door unannounced👮‍♀️ I would hope my future housemates would keep his safety in mind, remembering to close gates/doors etc but I don’t expect them to take any part in his care. He may be left at home occasionally while I grocery shop but I would take him to my fathers house if I am out for the night or away.

When I am at home I am mostly creating, cooking or doing yoga. My other interests are nature, animals, fungi, travel, music, bouldering, meditation, architecture and design. I am always trying different projects, and I am currently turning my van into a camper! I am looking for a bright, clean room that is not carpeted, big enough to set up my queen bed and art desk. I will need a functioning oven for baking clay earrings (it is a short, non-toxic process at 130*C) and space for a small ceramic bench top water filter in the kitchen that you are welcome to share. I have ADHD so I’m a little forgetful, late and clumsy, but I'll always pay my rent on time. I might leave my tea cup in an odd place or be up till late drawing in my room but I work hard to not make this effect the household. Added bonuses if you speak Swedish, compost, use eco cleaning products or have power tools to share!

Hoping for 6 months lease with the possibility to extend. I will be away for a week 11-18 July. I prefer to move in after. I will be travelling in my van for most of December too.
