Florence, Reece and Evan

Hey there! 😊

My name is Florence, and I’m excited to introduce myself and my friends!
We are a group of three young adults, and we're looking for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. If you have a larger house and would like to rent out individual rooms, we're open to that as well.

We’re eager to find a long-term rental in the north, west, southeast and Melbourne area. We have a friendly kitty who will be joining us too.

A bit about us:
I’m 22 year old, full-time student, set to graduate end on 2026. I receive student allowance and will also revise rental assistance once I’ve moved. I have a small car and am happy to park on the road.

Evan, at 22, is in a full-time position and drives a hatchback, but if there isn't a parking space, they are happy to leave their car.

Finally, Reece, is looking to study this year full time and is currently looking for a job after just getting his PR. He and Evan will share a room and their expenses.

We are all responsible individuals with Reece and I having previous renting experiences and have references ready.
