Hey guys, my name’s Andrés and I’m currently living in Camperdown and looking for a long-term place close to my existing area of residence. I’m a published writer, while working self-employed as a creative consultant and producer. I'm a huge book and film buff, I love my quiet nights but do also enjoy a nice negroni (or Guinness) and good banter on occasion. As a housemate, I value good communication, I tend to clean as I cook, keep places tidier than it was and I see pets as awesome unicorns who should be showered with as much affection as possible.
