Hi, I’m Adriana — a tidy, respectful Kiwi looking for a private, self-contained place for myself and my one-year-old Staffy-cross, Nyla. A granny flat, small studio, self-contained unit, cabin or separate living area would be ideal.

I’m not looking for a conventional share house, unless it offers a genuinely separate setup with our own entrance and outdoor space.

I have a professional background in recruitment, currently take on contract work in the film and TV industry, and am in the process of building my own company. I lead a quiet, active lifestyle, enjoy the gym, and take great care of the home I live in.

Nyla is an almost-three-year-old American Staffy cross. She is toilet-trained, well cared for and generally quiet during the day. She is alert around unfamiliar people and, if there is a lot of foot traffic nearby, may bark while people are passing by. For that reason, a quieter, private setup with a secure, fully fenced outdoor area would suit us best.

I’m looking for a peaceful, well-kept place where Nyla and I can settle in and feel at home.
