Emily(31) and Rhys(32), we are looking to find either a 1 or 2 bed property, either with or without bills, that would be available from a minimum of 12 months, with the chance to extend at the end.

We are both mature students, Rhys studying an electrician course, whilst I am studying painting and decorating.

We are currently renting a property in Southport, but are looking to move as this is a split level property with a shared kitchen and garden. We have an 8 month old border collie, who is the sweetest pup on earth, and we would like to have somewhere he can run too. Either a garden space, or close to lovely walks!

We aren't party people and actually respect our peace and quiet as we work through the day and study through the night!
