Hi!

I am hoping to find a room to rent in the Inner West. Private room. Shared bathroom is okay.

I’m a 25 year old writer/project manager working as front of house in a cafe in Marrickville and studying in Aged Care.
Freshly relocated to Sydney from Bali in April 2023 and now I’m house hunting for a comfortable home. This looks like a lovely option and I’d love the opportunity to view the place.

I generally work during the day, and because I’m very social at work in my spare time I’m either recuperating at home, or at the beach, reading or drawing. I do my socialising outside of the house for the most part.
I’m clean and mindful of others’ space and boundaries.

If it’s a match, I need to give 2-4 week notice at my current place.

I'm very easy going, clean, a massive homebody and I'm mindful of living spaces and boundaries. I’m looking for a place no more than 10 minutes walk to the train station.
