Hey there! I'm Althea, a recent graduate and currently a research assistant at UQ looking for a place for myself. I'm a pretty relaxed flatmate and I like to keep my living space clean and tidy. I'm known to be an impulsive baker and I like to spend my free time at weekend markets, having picnics, or at home reading.

Looking for:
• affordable (max $300 pw), clean, and peaceful accommodation
• 6 month lease with option to extend to 12 months, hoping to move in from 20-24 Jan 2026
• furnished (bed and wardrobe) private room, happy to share a bathroom
• near the CBD or easily accessible from the south east busway
