Hi, I'm 21 years old and have recently completed my Bachelors of the Arts, majoring in Philosophy. I am taking a short 1 semester haitus from study before returning to the University of Sydney for Honours in Philosophy. I'm looking for a flatmate, preferably of similar age, who is easygoing, clean and tidy. I work full time at a bar now so most nights you will have the place to yourself. I don't mind you having mates over, I'm fine with a bit of jubilation, just as long as you don't mind quieting down upon request; obviously, I will do the same. I'm not a prude about your habits, just crack a window if you want to have a smoke. I don't smoke myself, so if that's a problem for you then no worries. Preferably looking for something in the inner west area, but really anywhere along a train line/night bus route will do.
