My name is Tanvi, and I am a 24-year-old working professional currently based in Southbank. I have recently completed my Master’s degree and am now looking for a furnished studio apartment for myself, with a flexible move-in date from 15th June 2026 onwards.

My budget is approximately $250–$300 per week, and I am ideally looking for places in Melbourne CBD and surrounding areas, including Burwood, Camberwell, Oakleigh, Cheltenham, Glen Waverley, and nearby suburbs with good public transport access.

• Clean, organised, quiet, and respectful
• Early sleeper with a professional lifestyle
• Non-smoker, no parties, and prefer a peaceful environment
• Looking strictly for a private studio space and not shared accommodation

I am ideally looking for: • Furnished studio apartment
• Minimum 6-month lease with possibility to extend
• Safe and quiet area
• Public transport accessibility
• Parking would be a bonus, but flexible
I also have good rental history and can provide references if required.
