Hey there! I’m Nola (she/her), 33, currently looking for a room in Melbourne’s west, although location preference is not super strict.

My preferred move in date is mid to late April but am flexible.
My budget is $300~ a week, not including bills.
I have my own furniture and may even have some things I can add to the main house furnishings.

I’m a pretty calm and easygoing person, non-smoker, no pets, and I like to keep a clean, tidy home. I’m always eager to share house responsibilities and keep things running smoothly.

I enjoy a balance of social time and personal space. I’m friendly and up for a chat and I also really respect people’s routines, downtime, and noise preferences. I’m not a partier and tend to keep things low-key.

I have a stable, permanent income and a strong rental history of 13+ years. I’ve never missed rent or bill payments and can provide excellent references from real estates and past housemates.

I'm in the process of getting NDIS funding and that will include the possibility of a cleaner and other services I can use to contribute more to a well run household.
