Hey, I'm Frances — 30 years old, working full time as corporate sales executive in a luxury hotel in the Sydney CBD; I'm usually at the office during weekdays. I'm easygoing, clean, and tidy. I usually mind my own business, but very keen for a chat and bit of hanging out as well. I enjoy reading books in my past time, some wine nights, and would think I am an ambivert. I'm hoping to find a place somewhere in the CBD surrounds, preferably with only one other housemate. I don't own a car, budget for a place is fairly flexible, and ready to move in by December, if needed be.
