Any empty nesters out there? I am a mature responsible tenant who has just moved to Sydney and needs somewhere to stay. I am looking at leasing a room directly from the owner. Both people and the place are important to me, so I am looking for people closer to my age (within 5 years each side of my age).

I am looking for a spacious, fully furnished, clean room in an apartment or house, on a quiet street, to share with maximum two other middle aged people. I am a house owner myself. I have recently moved to Australia because my two sons live there. I am an electrical engineer training to become a teacher. I am physically active and like company, but also like to respect people's spaces. I am looking forward to meeting you.

Space to store a bike would be appreciated.
