I'm a 39-year-old, who enjoys gaming, running, cycling, hiking, deep conversations, but also spend some time on my own, while living a healthy and peaceful lifestyle. I try to keep a practical and simple routine (slow living), unless when working or studying. I'm not exactly a party-all-night person anymore, as I don't drink, smoke (excepting prescribed CBD in rare occasions). I truly value my sleep time, a calm and relaxing ambience. I'm a traditional minimalist (so unfurnished room would be ideal), and I prefer a reasonable tidy and clean environment but i'm not a clean freak at all. I'm considerate to others, I respect boundaries, and also a strong believer in maintain a healthy communication. In my experience when sharing a place, I find easier when only bulk appliances and common use furnitures (vacuum, dishwasher, laundry machine, fridge, sofa...) are shared, and personal items are kept personal (food, frypan, clothes, gadgets, devices, linen...), I can be flexible negotiating and adjust to "rules" if it's fair and reciprocal. LGBTQIA+ friendly, non-diagnosed but obviously neurodivergent, no pets (I love them and I'll treat them well but I'm not gonna take responsibilities on them unless I volunteer to do so, and they need to stay away from my sleep area), or kids.
