I’m a single, professional man looking for a room to rent in a friendly and respectful share house. My ideal move-in date is anytime from late January onwards.

I’m hoping to find a place close to Woolloongabba as this is where I work, I have a maximum budget of $200-300 per week inclusive of bills. A clean, well-maintained home with social housemates is my priority.

A bit about me: I am currently searching for a role in my professional field and, to support myself, will be working in the hospitality/bar industry. This ensures my ability to cover rent reliably and on time from the start. I work hard and enjoy being social in the evenings and on the weekends.
