New Zealand Couple Seeking Apartment, Town House or Sharehouse – Eastern Suburbs / Inner City / Manly: Long Term from now / till late Feb latest move in date!

Hi there!

We’re Joe (28) and Sarah (27), a couple from Auckland, NZ, who moved to Sydney late 2024. We have been living in an apartment in Surry Hills, but sadly its being sold in Feb!

We're now on the lookout for our next home – either our own 1.5 - 2-bedroom (need a WFH set up) apartment or a place to share with like-minded people.

About Us

Joe works full-time as a National Account Manager in the city and works from home a few days a week, so a bit of space for a desk is important.

Sarah is a full-time physio, usually out and about during the day.

We’re both social, active, and down-to-earth – into the beach, gym, Pilates (Sarah), and weekend adventures. Enjoy being social and having a few drinks over the weekend!

During the week, we like to keep things chill – we respect downtime and personal space, and we’re clean and considerate housemates.

What We're Looking For

Either a 1-2-bedroom apartment for ourselves, or a room in a relaxed, tidy, and social sharehouse.

Ideally located in:

Eastern Beaches (e.g. Bondi, Coogee, Bronte)

Inner-City Suburbs (Paddington, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Redfern, Waterloo, Zetland )

Or Manly/Northern Beaches

A home with a friendly vibe – happy to have a drink, share a meal now and then, but also respect boundaries and routines

We’re planning to be in Sydney long-term, so looking for something we can really settle into. If you're looking for housemates or want to team up to find a place, we’d love to chat!
