Hi, I’m Savannah, 45, single female, looking for a long-term room in a friendly share house anywhere in Brisbane within walking distance to public transport (I have regular medical appointments in the city).

My move date is flexible - I am prepared to wait for the right place.

I’m quiet, respectful, reliable and on the disability pension so I’m home a lot, but I absolutely respect privacy and quiet time. Prior to becoming disabled my background was primarily in hospitality (im young at heart and don’t mind living with people of any age) I’m hoping to find some volunteer work that I can do but have to work closely with health professionals to ensure I don’t do my back any further harm. I’m looking for a place that can be friendly as well - happy to share a meal and a glass of wine, but equally happy to do my own thing.

I don’t smoke cigarettes (I do use prescribed medicinal cannabis, always outside), I’m a light drinker, I don’t cook a lot but when I do I clean up straight away. I’m tidy and considerate - I have a back injury so I’m okay with stairs but can’t do heavy mopping. I’m more than happy to pay extra towards a cleaner to make up for that.

I’m looking at getting a rescue cat as I find the company of animals to be very therapeutic, but if there are pets in the property already I may still be interested.

My hobbies are pretty quiet - reading, writing, photography, walking, swimming, gardening, playing pool, going to gigs, and playing piano (I don’t have one at the moment, so no noise!). I love all animals, enjoy good conversation and a peaceful home.

I can provide references and a police check if needed, and I have stable income.
