I am an mid 30's single male who is a full time professional.
I want to move closer to the city, ideally sharing a place with another white collar professional.

I will not live with couples or anyone that has children at the place (even as shared parenting).

I am looking for a place that is calm, quiet and tidy. I will need a parking space for my car and is strongly preferred, not mandatory to be accepting of a cat. I like my space to be clean and value living with others who have a sense of responsibility in keeping shared areas clean.
