Hey! I’m Simone, 31 and i’m looking for a room to rent in Bondi Junction, the eastern suburbs or the Inner West (if not super busy) starting January 7th.

A bit about me — I’m pretty active and love Pilates, yoga, and just started getting into tennis. I work mostly in hospitality but i’m on a hunt for a corporate job at the same time. Since i’m quite active outside, i’m quite calm at home, love to cook a healthy meal or desert (which i’m happy to share!).

I’m after a safe, calm and comfy place to call home. I’m super clean person and I love animals, so pets are totally fine with me. I don‘t smoke.

I’m friendly, respectful, and always up for a chat but also appreciate downtime and my own space.
