Hey, I’m James.

I'm a post-grad uni student and part-time worker looking for a chill person to share a home with.

Currently searching for a place in the northern suburbs that’s close to the city.
Would love a team up with a friendly person that enjoys the thrill of a good rental hunt~

Outside of studying, I work in office admin, hospitality and retail, so I’m usually in and out across the week.

For fun, I like to go out with friends, listen to music and bake a bit, so I keep things pretty quiet. I’m also chill with gatherings or noise.

I like cleaning and organising but I’m not a grouch about other people being pristine. I also come with my own bedroom furniture and fancy network equipment as a bonus.
