I am an apprentice electrician working in commercial construction (late career change as I used to be a sculptor/art teacher). I’m going to be working west of the river for the foreseeable future and I’m keen to find a quiet room to call home on weeknights. As I have very early starts and do lots of overtime (most Saturdays as well) I go to bed crazy early and would need a quiet household on weeknights. I enjoy a good conversation but also like lots of alone time, and I’m not the sort to have a lot of visitors over as I like my privacy. I’d describe myself as a sociable introvert, so I’d like to live with someone who also keeps their home life quiet.

I’m into art, crafting, books, and video games. I enjoy staying active with fitness, cycling, and riding my motorcycle; I’m looking for a covered carport or garage to stash my motorbike off street at night but i don’t need a full car space. If you only have on street parking it won’t suit me.

I like to unwind with a good book or a quiet night of gaming or knitting, but if it’s close to the river or beach i’ll be out walking. My ideal space is always clean, tidy, and free of smoke, I love other peoples cats but would prefer not to share with a doggo (I have no pets of my own).
