I’m a Quantity Surveyor working full‑time with a Commercial Builder and part‑time with Coles, so I’m out of the house quite a lot throughout the week.

I’m a tidy, organised, and respectful person who values a calm, clean, and comfortable home. I’m not a party person, but I enjoy a relaxed beer, a barbie, or a good conversation. After a busy week, I like to unwind by reading, watching movies, or exploring new places.

I’ve lived in shared accommodation before (most recently in Brighton) and only need to move because the property was sold. I’m reliable, considerate, and always treat shared spaces with care. You can expect someone who cleans up after themselves, pays rent on time, and is easy to get along with.
