Qi Shi

Hi, I'm a 25-year-old woman who enjoys digital painting and looking for a 3-6 months rent. I work from home currently, preferring a quiet place. I am a quiet and respectful tenant—I don’t host parties, don’t have pets (but I like to play with pets :)), don't have kids and don’t cook meals with heavy smoke. My cooking is very simple, usually using a rice cooker for steamed rice with cold side dishes or boiling dumplings in a pot. I spend most of the time in my room, except cooking. Just I prefer a room with air conditioning, haha. I will turn on the air conditioning when it's super hot, but most of the time I will use my own fan though. Also if the location is near public transportation, it will be much better!
