My name’s Dylan – I’m 33, currently living in Melbourne but I’m relocating to Sydney for a new full-time job based in Rose Bay starting mid-April, so I’m looking for a cozy room in a shared place somewhere in the Eastern Suburbs or nearby.
I’m tidy, respectful, and easygoing, with plenty of share house experience. I work as a full-time photographer/videographer and love nature, hiking, good conversation, and the occasional film night. I’m hoping to find a space with likeminded people who value a calm, friendly home environment.
