**PLEASE READ: $330 BUDGET IS INCLUDING ALL RENT AND BILLS**
I'm a 23-year-old quiet, clean, shy girl who enjoys dancing, gaming, learning languages, cooking, baking and shopping. I am working part-time and studying at TAFE this year in Patisserie.
My ideal flatmate is similar to my age and female. An available bed and desk in my room is necessary, as all of my furniture is back in my parents’ home in South Australia (I moved to BNE in Nov).
I have a strong preference for close access to a train line. I work at a major supermarket, so if you wish to get cheaper groceries I am more than happy to be your Uber delivery (for housemates) ;)
I have a previous reference available upon request. Move-in date is after 21st Jan, before 4th Feb.
For student housing: I currently do not have an ID card, but I can send confirmation of my enrolment
