Hello 🙋 I’m Jonny, a creative who works in digital media production, the uplifting kind. Searching for a fresh change of scenery and a tidy place to call home for the next 12 months or more. For myself only.
* Mid 2025 I concluded a 16-year lease, which helps support my reliability as a tenant with an appreciation of a pleasant living environment.
I'm wide open to your location. Sharing some details below to help determine if my lifestyle aligns with your homestyle.

✅️ In a nutshell, I rarely drink, don't take drugs vape or smoke, lost my party hat, have a sense of humor, and open to new ideas or a random chat or laugh. Mostly focused and immersed in the work I love.
* I’m a happy, mature, independent, aware, calm and motivated guy who values maintaining a healthy, clean and organised living environment.
If I'm sharing and you're a smoker, it's fine if in a dedicated area or outside.

🌴☀️ Living Preferences:
* Ideally a Granny flat, a Studio, or a Large bedroom with ensuite in a home or apartment.
* Open to locations throughout the Gold Coast area - from Tweed though to Hope Island area, or lower Hinterland.
* Either furnished or unfurnished. I'm happy to contribute essential items to the home if practical for the space.
* Happy to offer six weeks' rent in advance to secure the right home. A tad flexi with the move date of 23th April.
* Where I’m currently living temporarily is original vintage and is scheduled for a full renovation.

🌞 A Bit About Me:
* Professionally I stay busy working in creative production and managing investments.
Always a work in progress! An innovative ideas guy.
* My work setup is versatile, alternating between a modified workstation in my private space (always with headphones) and taking a portable setup into nature for a fresh perspective.
* When catching up with others, I prefer driving somewhere to meet away from home.
* Into health, exercise, and the raw thrills of riding my all terrain push bike discovering new places for inspiration. Also play guitar for quiet melodic meditations.
* My car is quiet, won't stir the neighbours. Don’t have a pet, it's fine if you do, I’m animal friendly.
* I’m fairly handy and could also help you out around the home with occasional fixes if required.
* I value authenticity, honesty, and an easygoing friendly outlook.
