Hi, I have been living in Sydney for 10 years and was leasing the properties for most of the time. I do not want to sign another lease atm because for some reasons (happy to share if interested).
I work with a asset management company. I am looking for a heaven to rest in after a busy day. i do not cook at all except oats at night so your kitchen is safe. i don't mind what people do in their lives as long as it doesn't affect me. i like to work, work out, socialize and the list goes on and on. I respect people and expect the same. Try to stay clean as much as i can which is completely normal. Flexible with things because that makes life easier.
I had a chat with one of the landlords over the phone in regards to rental inquiries via flatmates and she said some people had impressive social profiles but they turned up to be completely different in person and my profile looks pretty simple so i would like to say Never judge a book by its cover. Lets be professional and meet, discuss and finalize because some people do not have time to waste.
