Hey, I'm Nick 👋

British born, been living in Sydney for the past 15 years..! Marrickville and the Inner West have been home for a long time so I know the area well. I've been back in the UK for a short while looking after my mum but heading back to Sydney in September.

I run my own business and will probably work from home 1/2 days a week so I'm out of the house Monday to Friday.

I'm straight talking, easygoing and good company without being in your face. I'll have a drink and a decent conversation but I'm not bringing a party home on a Tuesday night.

Zero drama. Genuinely respectful. I just want a nice space to come home to, somewhere I can sit in the garden with a coffee or a cold beer and listen to some tunes.

I take real pride in how I live. clean, tidy and looked after (I'm happy to split the cost of a cleaner to keep the place in good shape)

On timing — I'm flexible around September. I'm staying with friends when I first get back so there's no pressure on exact dates. I'd rather find the right place than rush into the wrong one.
