Hey! I’m a 25-year-old Canadian moving to Sydney in February 2026 to start law school. I'm looking for a furnished place near campus (USYD) ,or with an easy commute, for at least 3 months, but open to something longer-term depending on the price!

My preference is a studio or otherwise solo living situation, but I'm always open to sharing a space if its the right fit.

I’m clean, easygoing, and respectful, and I get along well with most everyone, but would prefer people around my age who are relaxed, friendly, and considerate if sharing a space. I don’t need a super social household, but I’m always open to meet new people (and get some local expertise as a newby)

No pets, no kids, non-smoker, not a big partier but would like a place where I can host my oversees friends visiting here and there.

Dates are fairly locked in (Feb 2026), but I’m flexible on budget depending on the place. Needs to be furnished though — I’m coming from overseas with just the basics.
