Hi! We’re Lance and Tayla — a clean, tidy, and respectful couple from the UK looking for a comfortable and relaxed home in Sydney.

We’re both easy-going, friendly, and really value a good balance of social time and personal space. While we’re ideally hoping to rent a whole property, we’re absolutely open to the right shared house if it feels like a great fit.

We’re moving back to Sydney from the Gold Coast and are looking forward to settling back into our working routines as soon as possible. We both work professionally and are very respectful of other people’s schedules and space.

We have 6 months of positive rental history on the Gold Coast and can provide references if needed. We take pride in keeping our home neat, peaceful, and organised, and we’re always mindful and considerate of the people we live with.

We’re hoping to find a friendly, relaxed household where everyone feels comfortable and at home.
