I run a digital advocacy and wellbeing initiative that designs practical tools and systems for people navigating mental health challenges, disability, and care for older adults.

I’m considerate, tidy with a good sense of humour, sociable, and have an appreciation for personal space. I value open communication and a household that feels calm but friendly.

Outside of my work, I enjoy staying fit, exploring local cafés, and taking time out near the water or going for a bushwalk.
