Hi, I'm a 33-year-old active and healthy - music and food loving - support worker/UQ student - who is partial to books, cycling, being out in nature and going to the cinema.

As my current furnished flat has unexpectedly lost its long term availability, I’m hoping to find the right place for me, my bicycle and my car - settling in before end of Feb when my semester kicks off.

Ideally moving in before Feb 23rd to somewhere central/southwest Brisbane (proximity to St Lucia and Ipswich for work). 2-3 flatmates in a place I think is the sweet spot between economy of space and budget.

Sharing a cuppa is a nice way to get to know flatmates and I do love an interesting conversation - however, I am quite introverted + being busy between work, study and church commitments, for me home time is mostly about quiet rest ( and some meal prep and reading)

Although I am self-employed and like to live frugally, I have the financial backing to ensure long term reliability in the right place. Happy to discuss further.
Otherwise, as a flatmate I am uninterestingly low impact (read: clean, tidy, quiet and respectful)
