Hi, I’m a 28-year-old Australian looking for a stable place to call home.
I’m someone who enjoys fitness, photography, volunteering, learning about languages, and understanding different cultures and people. I’m generally quiet, respectful, and easy to get along with. I enjoy socialising and having a chat, but I also value my own space and downtime, so I’d describe myself as a good balance between introverted and extroverted.
I’m very clean, organised, and take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy and respectful for everyone. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and prefer a peaceful home environment where everyone can feel comfortable.
I come from a large family and am the oldest of eight siblings and 52 first cousins, which has taught me responsibility, patience, and consideration for others from a young age. While I maintain good relationships with my family, I highly value the privacy of a share house and would not be having family members regularly visiting or using the home.
I’m quite handy around the house and happy to help with general maintenance, gardening, basic repairs, assembling furniture, and other practical jobs when needed.
I am currently between jobs and actively seeking employment, while staying busy with volunteering, photography projects, and personal development. I have a solid rental history and can provide references from two previous landlords, both of whom would be happy to speak on my behalf.
I’m currently looking to relocate after the end of a six-month sub-tenancy arrangement, as my previous landlord’s family is moving back into the property. Prior to that, I rented a room for approximately a year in another share-house arrangement and left on good terms.
I’m respectful of people from all backgrounds and genuinely enjoy learning about different cultures, experiences, and perspectives.
If you think I might be a good fit for your home, I’d love to hear from you. Thanks for taking the time to read my profile.
