Looking for a furnished room from the end of August. Ideally, the place has air conditioning and a dishwasher.

I work full-time in the city and am a very clean and organised person. Cleanliness is extremely important to me, and I’m hoping to find a home where everyone takes pride in keeping shared spaces tidy and respectful, especially the kitchen and bathroom. For me, a clean home is what makes a place feel comfortable and relaxing.

I’m friendly, social, and love a good laugh. I enjoy having a chat after work or cooking a meal together now and then, but I also value personal space and quiet time. When I come home from work, I generally prefer a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, and I’m usually in bed fairly early.

I’m looking for a warm, easygoing, and respectful home with a great balance of socialising and privacy.
