Nguyen Nhat Vy

Hi, my name is Vy. I am a Vietnamese international student currently studying Biomedical Science at UQ. I am looking to rent one room for myself only, starting from February 2026, and I am hoping to stay long-term, ideally until my graduation at the end of 2027.

I consider myself a quiet, tidy, and respectful tenant. I do not smoke and do not have any pets. I prefer a clean and well-organised living environment and enjoy keeping shared spaces neat. I do not usually invite friends over, and I always respect other people’s privacy.

I am friendly and easy-going, and while I value a peaceful home, I am also happy to be social, make friends, or go out occasionally with my flatmates. I cook at home regularly but also eat out sometimes.

I would take good care of the property and always communicate clearly and respectfully. I am looking for a stable, long-term home and would treat the place as my own.
