Hey, I’m Tyler. I’m 20, studying cybersecurity, and a QUT bridging course full time, and looking for stable accommodation. I’m clean, respectful, quiet at home, and used to shared housing routines. I have ID, proof of income and bond savings. I also do occasional stagehand night shifts, so I’m looking for somewhere that is okay with late-night work returns.

I will want to stay for a while in one place, possibly a year or more, to complete my studies and continue saving.

My listed preferred suburbs are also more broad, as I am willing to stay an hour out from the city center both north or southside.

IMPORTANT: My move date listed is FLEXIBLE to move in sooner. My stay may be long too, and I may need to renew leases as I stay.
