Hi everyone!
I’m looking for a furnished, modern, clean place — either a granny flat/studio, or a private room in a shared house (ideally with 1–2 female housemates; a private bathroom or ensuite would be a bonus) from early February.
Dates: My current sublet ends February 14, so ideally before then. Open to short- or long-term stays.
Preferred areas: North/East Melbourne, Parkville, Carlton, Fitzroy, Collingwood, Abbotsford, Brunswick East.
Budget: $300–$400/week (flexible depending on location and setup).
About me: Early 30s, originally from Canada, working in the wellness space. I enjoy staying active — yoga, biking, hiking, gym — and spending time in nature. I’m reliable, easy-going, very clean, and mindful of shared spaces, and I really value a calm, peaceful, tidy home. I’d prefer to live with females and am also open to teaming up to find a place together if the fit feels right.
