Looking for a place to call home

I am ideally looking for -

A self contained 1-2br granny flat or a large ensuite room preferably with a seperate/private entrance etc.

About me -

I like to keep to myself, I'm clean and tidy, respectful of shared spaces, have common sense, take responsibility for my actions and can communicate at an adult level.

I love to cook and enjoy sharing a meal and having a good chat now and then, I may occasionally have a friend visit etc but never host gatherings or parties etc.

I do have children (8yrs Girl and 11yrs Boy) but they live interstate but may visit for a week during school holidays (max 4-7 days x4 times a year)

I am currently looking for work and considering studying but do have the ability to pay rent etc now.
