Hi! I’m Christian, 33, from Italy. I’ve always lived with other people, so I’m very used to shared living and keeping a home harmonious and well looked after. I’m clean, respectful, easy-going and very reliable with rent. I genuinely treat every place as if it were my own: I keep common areas spotless, follow house rules, and communicate clearly and respectfully.
I’m currently looking for a room (budget around 400pw), a studio/one-bedroom (budget around 550pw), or even an entire property to share with one trusted friend, also tidy and responsible (budget around 750pw). Ideally for around 2 months, with the possibility to stay longer if it’s a good fit. As I’m seeking a short-term stay, I’m happy to pay rent in advance for extra security and a smooth arrangement.
