Hey! I’m Jess — tidy, easy-going, and always up for a shared meal, laugh or a board game night. I enjoy a chat but equally respect downtime and shared spaces, so the house stays calm and comfortable for everyone. I’m flexible with furniture and storage, whatever suits the space.

I’m looking for a place where giving notice is workable, as I’m planning to buy soon. Dad’s place is my fallback, but I’d far rather settle somewhere warm, friendly, and make some new connections during this transitional phase. I’ve been looking after a friend's property while they’ve been away abroad, but they’re heading back, so it’s time for the next chapter. A few laps around the sun have given me a grounded, mature mindset — but I’m still young at heart and can relate to people of all ages.

I work in Arts Education, like to read, cook for others, hit the beach, a Fringe show, stand up comedy, gigs or quiz night, or get out with friends to enjoy quality food and good company.

Ideally looking for a space with one or two others of similar kin.
