Hey there!
I’m Molly, 27, non-binary, & an artist ❤️
I’m currently looking for a new place to call home! Looking for a long term lease preferably 6-24 months, & wanting to move within the next 2 weeks! (As of 12/01)

I have no trouble paying rent & bills, & always try clean up after myself (I like to be tidy but understand a home is for living in! I don’t judge other people’s messes but am willing to help clean them up).

I have a few disabilities that keep me from working full time - but receive Centrelink which is more than enough to cover my rent & bills. I understand many people prefer someone who is employed as they’re out of the house more & have more money to offer - but I hope you take a chance on me!
I am willing to adapt to a schedule/routine/house rules, can be out of the home on certain days if you want your space - and will genuinely do my best to accomodate everyone in the home! Please let me know if this could be a potential match!
(PS. I’m a huge animal lover, so will help take care of any fur babies you might have!!!)
