Hiya! My place has been sold so I'm looking for somewhere new to call home

Hybrid WFH/city full time in a hella normie accounts job that I love. On my weekends I'm usually off for a hike or a swim and I'm currently trying to re-learn Auslan. I love going to gigs and weird art things, I play video games or watch the Real Housewives scream at each other to switch off 😂 I’m clean, considerate and enjoy having a comfortable friendly space to come home to. I'm always up for a drink or a hot girl walk but also respect personal space and downtime

Looking to find a reasonably sized room to move into with a private bathroom or ensuite. I don't have a specific location in mind, just needs to be within 20mins of the city on a decent public transport route. I have a bunch of house stuff if we need it, otherwise I'll just put it in storage. Move date can be flexible, just need to be out by the first week of February
