Hiya! My place has been sold so I'm looking for somewhere new to call home

Hybrid WFH/city full-time in a hella normie AP job that I love. On my weekends I'm usually off for a hike or a swim and I'm currently trying to re-learn Auslan. I love going to gigs and weird art things, I play Switch to switch off and have a healthy appreciation for Real Housewives 😂

Looking to find a reasonably sized room to move into with a private bathroom or ensuite. I don't have a specific location in mind, just needs to be within 20mins of the city on a decent public transport route. I have a bunch of house stuff if we need it, otherwise I'll just put it in storage. I'm down for a chat but understand personal space too, and love a place that feels calm and effortless
